"Understanding How Sustainable Habits Develop Over Time"

Welcome to the Study

Thank you for choosing to contribute to Ecohance Research. Every participant helps us better understand how sustainable habits develop in everyday life. By participating, you are directly helping researchers generate meaningful, evidence-based insights into human behaviour without the burden of complex or time-consuming tasks.

Why Your Participation Matters

You are contributing to an original longitudinal research study. Unlike single-point surveys, this method allows us to track genuine behavioural trends as they happen. Every completed survey wave provides vital data that helps researchers better understand the mechanics of sustainable habit development over time. Your consistency is the foundation of this research.
