# Ecohance Participant Guide

## Study snapshot

The Ecohance Panel is a five-wave longitudinal study conducted over 5 weeks. Each short survey is enabled manually by the research team and remains available until the team disables it. Saved progress is preserved if access is paused. Each wave contains five questions and takes about 45 seconds; total survey time is approximately 3–5 minutes.

Wave 1 records one sustainable action you intend to take. Waves 2–5 ask about that same action, including what you did, how closely behaviour matched intention, barriers, ease and reflection.

Participation is voluntary. You may leave and resume while a wave remains open, and you may withdraw without penalty. Account information is stored separately from research responses. Published outputs use anonymised, aggregated reporting.
